“The Teufel CAGE PRO is an excellent wireless headset…”
"The Teufel CAGE PRO is an excellent wireless headset that impresses in almost every area. The sound quality is good, which noticeably enhances the gaming experience on PS5. Its high wearing comfort, long battery life, and wireless freedom make the CAGE PRO an ideal companion for long gaming sessions."
Solid performance for gamers looking for quality without complications
The Teufel Cage Pro offers a high-level sound experience, especially in action games and cinematic adventure titles. Its comfortable design, versatile connectivity options, and sound performance make it a solid and highly efficient accessory.
Score: 8/10
Teufel delivers an incredibly solid and comfortable gaming headset with the CAGE PRO, one that absolutely lives up to its premium price tag. Its mature, bold design combined with impressive battery life makes it the perfect companion for even the longest gaming sessions.
Excellent gaming sound
If you’re looking for a robust, powerful and durable gaming headset with flexible connectivity options, the Teufel CAGE PRO delivers a compelling all-round package.
“What’s far more interesting is what we actually get here—namely, sound with punchy bass, clear mids, and precise highs.”
“With this model, you can sense an effort to create a device that isn’t so much designed to impress gamers as it is simply well-thought-out in every respect.”
Score: 8/10
Without a doubt, sound is the strongest point of the Teufel Cage Pro. The headset delivers a powerful, clear audio performance with a wide frequency range. The bass is deep and full, but never overpowering, and both highs and lows remain well defined. This makes the Cage Pro not only ideal for gaming, but also for music and films.
“Luxurious design with powerful sound.”
"With the Cage Pro, Teufel has proven that it knows how to successfully translate its audio expertise into a headset."
Score: 4.5/5
As a gamer, sound really comes first for me—if it doesn’t work properly or I miss key audio cues, it can make or break a gaming session. Looking inside the Cage Pro, we find 40 mm linear HD drivers that deliver impressive sound, with a clear, well-defined bass and well-balanced low and mid frequencies. In addition, the headset provides a virtual 7.1 experience via DTS v2 technology. It’s a bit of an unexpected standout, so to speak. In games like Call of Duty, I’m repeatedly struck by how intense the audio is—the passing aircraft, the gunfire—it all comes through very clearly, and that’s exactly why I’ve started using this headset more often.
Silver Award
"The Teufel Cage Pro has ultimately turned out to be a very neat gaming headset. The tuning is well-chosen and makes the headset a good all-rounder. The directional effects ensure that in competitive games, you actually hear better where your opponents are coming from."
This headset ensures you react faster to in-game events.
"(...) The design of the Cage Pro is minimalist and even looks quite chic. Almost the entire headset is matte black with occasional red and glossy black accents. The LED lighting is subtle and is only located on the back of the ear cups. This is also red and somewhat unexpectedly brings to mind two brake lights. The ear cups are covered on the outside with synthetic leather, while the part that touches your head features a breathable fabric. This, combined with the space your ears have, ensures you can comfortably game for several hours in a row."
“…very good build and sound quality…”
"Teufel’s experience also pays off with the Cage Pro, which delivers very good build and sound quality."
Gold Award
They feature excellent sound, virtual 7.1 surround sound via DTS, good battery life, and a surprisingly functional app.
